Complaints
We welcome feedback and take every complaint seriously as an opportunity to improve the care we provide.
Our approach
We aim to provide the highest standard of care, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you so we can put it right.
How to make a complaint
- Talk to us — many concerns can be resolved quickly by speaking to a member of staff or the home manager.
- Put it in writing — email or write to us with the details, and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly.
- Formal review — if you remain dissatisfied, your complaint will be escalated for a full and impartial review.
Children and young people
Every child in our care has the right to be heard. We support young people to raise concerns and, where they wish, to access independent advocacy.
You can also raise concerns about a children's home directly with Ofsted. Contact and registration details will be published here once confirmed.
